John K. Moss has concentrated his practice in civil litigation, legal services to small businesses, real estate, land use, and municipal law. His courtroom approach is skilled, effective and highly result oriented. When counseling clients on matters, Mr. Moss considers all avenues to achieve his clients' goals.
His client focused approach enables the development of strategies which are aimed at cost effective results to protect and pursue the interests of his clients.
Mr. Moss is admitted to the New York State Bar as well as the Federal District Courts in the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. He is qualified to serve as a Court appointed Receiver, Guardian Ad Litem and Referee as well as counsel to Guardians and Receivers. Mr. Moss received his Juris Doctorate from St. John's University School of Law in 1988, is a member of the New York State Bar Association, Phi Delta Phi Legal Fraternity and a life member of the National Eagle Scout Association.
